Description: The TIP and STIP are key programming documents that cover near-term investments and identify specific projects and programs for funding. In addition, State Departments of Transportation (DOT) and Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs) play a role in project selection for programs that they administer, and these agencies may incorporate GHG considerations into project selection for these programs.
This webinar will cover information on assessing how TIPs/STIPs can impact GHG emissions and how to incorporate GHG emissions-related criteria into project selection. The webinar will feature three presentations on the topic from Catherine Duffy of ICF, Katrina Kasier and Henry Mckay of Caltrans, and Tejas Kotak of the Atlanta Regional Commission.
