ROSA P serves as an archival repository of USDOT-published products including scientific findings, journal articles, guidelines, recommendations, or other information authored or co-authored by USDOT or funded partners. As a repository, ROSA P retains documents in their original published format to ensure public access to scientific information.

Transportation Research Board Request for Proposals (RFPs)
A list of requests for proposals and requests for information (RFPs and RFIs) that have been issued by TRB’s Cooperative Research Programs, which include the National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP), the Transit Cooperative Research Program (TCRP), the Airport Cooperative Research Program (ACRP), and the Behavioral Traffic Safety Cooperative Research Program (BTSCRP). Proposals and responses should evidence strong capabilities gained through extensive successful experience in relevant problem areas. Any agency interested in submitting a proposal or response should first make a frank, thorough self-appraisal to determine whether or not it possesses the capability and experience necessary to ensure successful completion of the project.
