Best Practices in Customer Satisfaction Surveys

This report examines best practices for transit agencies conducting customer satisfaction surveys. The research methodology included extensive peer research with transit agencies from around the United States, subject matter expert interviews, and original User Testing research conducted on the NJ TRANSIT Customer Satisfaction Survey. The results of this research are applicable to any agency conducting customer satisfaction surveys and research.
