Attendees will hear presentations from both state DOT officials and local agencies. Representatives of New Jersey, Maine, and Pennsylvania Departments of Transportation will present Stormwater Best Management Practices to control and treat highway and parking lot runoff, including permeable pavements, wetlands, bio-swales, bio-retention basins, and rain gardens. Local agencies Passaic County and City of Hoboken will present their priority strategies and actions for addressing stormwater management through the adoption and implementation of Green Infrastructure Strategic Plans.
