The FHWA Office of Safety invites you to register for and attend a webinar on Federal Highway Administration’s Proven Safety Countermeasures 2021 Update which is scheduled for Monday, November 22nd, 2021 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM EST.The Office of Safety recently introduced nine NEW countermeasures to the Proven Safety Countermeasures initiative (PSCi). These additions enhance the already diverse set of safety strategies for State, local, regional, and tribal transportation professionals to consider implementing as part of their efforts to improve safety for all road users on the nation’s roadways. This webinar is focused on reaching external organizations since an internal webinar was already held but any FHWA employee is welcome to attend this webinar also. We have 10,000 spots open.
In addition to adding nine new countermeasures and crosscutting strategies, this most recent iteration of the PSCi also updates the existing proven safety countermeasure materials to add recent research information and considerations.
