TRB will host a webinar on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM Eastern that will highlight two successful DOT approaches for estimating the costs associated with delaying fleet asset replacement beyond the optimal replacement period. This webinar will focus on practices and procedures used to evaluate long-term effects of aging fleet assets and the tradeoffs involved in deferred replacement.
