The Women’s Transportation Seminar – Greater New York (WTS-GNY) Chapter is hosting a technical tour of the NJ Statewide Traffic Management Center (STMC) featuring special guest Commissioner Diane Gutierrez-Scaccetti. The STMC is the 24/7 operations center operated by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority, the New Jersey Department of Transportation, and the New Jersey State Police. The STMC uses the latest technology to provide accurate and timely information to motorists and facilitate faster responses to situations which may impede traffic flow.
